Baked bread again yesterday. Follow this recipe, however replace half of the wholemeal wheat flour with stoneground spelt flour.

A year in our kitchen, where new things to eat happen to be invented most days. It all depends what is in the fridge and the cupboards. Most things are cooked from scratch and the use of canned ingredients are avoided. Oh...and everything happens to be vegan.
